With 37 years of experience in engineering, refinery, and petrochemical projects, Mr. Shrikant Ajgaonkar specializes in piping engineering, spool generation, welding technology, NDT, fabrication, and quality assurance. As Managing Director of VETS, established in 2007, he leads engineering teams in delivering piping detailing, 3D modelling, MTO, and QA/QC services.His leadership emphasizes technical excellence, quality, safety, and reliable project deliver.

With 11+ years of experience in engineering and technical services, Mr. Nikhil Shrikant Ajgaonkar specializes in piping detailing, spool generation, Spoolgen configuration, engineering data management, and process automation. He contributes to technical strategy, project execution, workflow optimization, and digital engineering solutions, helping improve accuracy, productivity, and project delivery.
